Client Access to Building Details & Specified Systems

Clients can easily manage their buildings through the BC Group Online web service. This system provides an overview of all buildings including the overall status of the building’s Specified Systems and the progress of each Building Warrant of Fitness.

Full details of each building is also available. These details include:

• Building name address and map location
• Details for each Specified System
• Updates on progress of the current Building Warrant of Fitness
• Status of any monthly inspections & trial evacuations
• Downloadable reports and important building documentation
